1. Editorial Structure & Governance

The editorial governance of ORISE is under formation and is designed to ensure subject specialization, transparent decision-making, and quality control.

Planned Editorial Positions:

  • Editor-in-Chief

  • Associate Editors

  • Section Editors

  • Reviewer Panel

  • Advisory Board Members

The Editorial Board is being constituted with the objective of maintaining editorial independence, managing peer review ethically, and upholding academic standards from the first issue onward.

2. Peer Review Policy

ORISE follows a double-blind peer review process.
All submitted manuscripts are subjected to an initial editorial screening for relevance to the journal’s scope and basic scholarly standards. Suitable submissions are then reviewed anonymously by qualified reviewers with subject expertise.

Editorial decisions are based on reviewer recommendations, academic merit, originality, and relevance. The peer-review process is structured to ensure fairness, confidentiality, and transparency.

3. Author Responsibility & Submission Ethics

Authors submitting manuscripts to ORISE are responsible for ensuring that their work is original, accurately reported, and prepared in accordance with ethical research and publication standards. Authors must confirm that submissions are not under consideration elsewhere and that all sources are appropriately acknowledged.

Any form of data fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or unethical research practice is considered a violation of journal policy.

4. Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement

ORISE is committed to ethical publishing practices. The journal upholds principles of academic integrity, transparency in editorial decision-making, and responsible handling of research outputs.

Suspected cases of research misconduct, plagiarism, or ethical violations are addressed through editorial review and, where necessary, corrective actions consistent with responsible publishing norms.

5. Copyright & Licensing Policy

Copyright of published articles remains with the respective authors.
By publishing in ORISE, authors grant the journal the right to publish, archive, and disseminate the work electronically as part of the journal issue.

No transfer of ownership beyond publication and dissemination rights is implied unless formally stated.

6. Open Access Statement

ORISE is an open-access journal, providing immediate and unrestricted online access to its published articles. Readers are permitted to read, download, and use published content for scholarly and research purposes, subject to proper citation and acknowledgment of authorship.

7. Digital Archiving & Preservation Policy

The journal is designed for online dissemination with structured metadata, DOI assignment, and digital hosting under the publisher’s academic publishing infrastructure. Digital archiving practices are being implemented to ensure long-term accessibility and preservation of published content.

8. Disclaimer
